Frequently asked questions

I can't hear any sound when I tap a word.

Check that your ringer/silent switch and volume are up. The app uses the iOS Greek (el-GR) voice; if it's missing, go to Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Greek and download one.

How do I change the language of the translations?

Tap the globe button on the home screen to switch between English, Español, Italiano, and Français.

How do I switch between light and dark mode?

Use the light/dark toggle tile on the home grid.

How do I save a sentence?

Star words to add them to Favorites, open Sentences, tap favorited words to chain them, then tap the bookmark. Swipe a saved sentence to delete it.

Does the app need internet or an account?

No. LearnGreek works fully offline and collects no data. See the Privacy Policy.
